Processing Time: All items are 3D‑printed to order. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Large orders, bundles, or custom prints may require an extra day or two.
Shipping Methods: Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Area: We currently ship anywhere in the United States. For international orders, contact me directly at Dean@3DDEAN.com.
Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Quality Guarantee: Every item is inspected before shipping. If something arrives damaged or defective, I’ll replace it at no cost.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items. Email Dean@3DDEAN.com with your order number and a brief description.
Exchanges: Available within 14 days for unused items.
Non‑Returnable Items: Custom prints, used items, and items used in a food‑service environment.
Refunds: Issued once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
